Instructions for oral presentation
Take note of the followings:

Programme Book (can be downloaded in this website)
Each participants will be given 10 minutes
8 minutes for the presentation
2 minutes for questions and answers
Our session room will be equipped with laptop (Windows OS), screen projector and PA system
Kindly use Microsoft Office Powerpoint format (.PPTX or .PPT file) for your presention
Please bring your own USB drive containing soft copy of your presentation
Verdict by jury on winners of oral presentation are final
Instructions for ePoster preparation
Take note of the followings:
Only the shortlisted presenters will be notified and invited to present their work in front of the panel of judges during the conference
Instructions for submitting the softcopy of your ePoster will be provided via email (secretariat.tsc25@gmail.com) following the acceptance of your research abstract
Prepare e-poster in widescreen format (16:9), refer figure 1 below on how to do it in Microsoft Powerpoint
The use of typical font is highly recommended (e.g. Arial, Times New Roman, etc.)
If uncommon font is needed (e.g. scientific symbols, equations or strict typography), please fully embed the font (refer to the figure 2 and 3 below on how to do it in Microsoft Powerpoint)
Please use a font size that can be read legibily from a distance of two meters (2m) when viewed on a 40 inch television screen
ePosters presentation will be displayed via several flat panel televisions in the conference hall
